JANUARY 2021 Eco-tip... tips to help the Earth!
Happy 2021!
All Perry County recycling drop off sites are open again for service.
As we go into the New Year, especially following the Holiday Season, please remember to Recycle RIGHT:
- Aluminum cans
- Plastic bottles and jugs
- Steel food cans
- Clear & brown glass bottles & jars
- All cardboard is accepted
However, help us by tearing off and discarding the rigid plastic windows that often are attached to so many types of products that are given at Christmas.
NO plastic packaging.
Most clear plastic bags, etc. can be taken to Kroger, Walmart, and other stores. A labeled bin is usually near an entrance door.
All mixed paper is fine. However, NO shiny wrapping paper, NO ribbon, NO bows, NO Styrofoam or any other plastic packaging.
