SUMMER CRISIS PROGRAM TO END SEPTEMBER 30, 2024
GLOUSTER – The Ohio Department of Development and Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) will help income-eligible Ohioans stay cool during the hot summer months. The Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program provides eligible Ohioans assistance paying an electric bill or assistance paying for fans, air conditioning, or central air conditioning repairs. The program runs from July 1- September 30, 2024.

Logan, OH - The SE Ohio Foodbank, a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP), will distribute food at the SE Ohio Foodbank (1005 CIC Dr. Logan, OH 43138) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2024. Fresh produce and other food items will be available for residents of Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington countries who qualify for state benefits or with incomes under 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Fresh produce and other food items will be available for Perry County residents who qualify for state benefits or with incomes under 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
